Golden Gourmet shallots are an improved yellow shallot variety which can be planted in very early spring. Golden gourmet has a mild flavour making this variety great for pickling. Golden Gourmet is a very high yielding, Dutch variety that can be harvested as early as July. It has a golden brown skin, stores well and has better resistance to bolting than many other varieties

Keep the sets in a cool frost free place until ready to plant to avoid early growth.
